The coronavirus, whose other name is COVID-19, is causing
the whole world to suffer today. It has become a terrible disease, who has
taken the whole world in its grip. People are dying one by one. And this
disease is not taking the name of stopping. So far, no country has made
medicines for this coronavirus (COVID-19). The highest number of people who
have died of this disease are those who already have pyorrhoea, diabetes,
cancer, heart problems.
Where does the coronavirus affect?
Coronavirus directly affects the lungs. This leads to a
lack of pure air in the body. To remove the lack of air in the body, we are
telling you some yoga. By doing these regularly, you can reduce the effect of
Coronavirus. In these Yoga’s, regular practice of push-up, pranayama, Kapalbhati, and Anulom and Vilom is the circulation of pure air in the body.
This makes the
respiratory system strong. And our body's immunity is strong. And our body
structure is strong. The stronger the immunity system of our body, the lower
the risk of illness. If you want to increase your body immunity, then you have
to take care of small things. Laughter also works to increase immunity in your
body. Also, drink turmeric milk, eat basil addresses at least seven times a day,
drink Giloy's decoction. It also increases immunity.
How to do push-ups?
To push-up, you first of
all take an empty room. Start doing push-ups in the morning or evening or both
times. Only do five push-ups on the first day. And while doing so, increase the
five push-ups daily.
Why push-ups are important:
By doing push-ups, our body lungs become strong. And at the same
time, the oxygen supply in our body also increases.
Bhastrika Pranayama:
Bhastrika Pranayama is most effective for strengthening the respiratory system.
To do this yoga, the neck and spine are kept straight and sit in Padmasana.
Keep both hands in the knowledge posture. In this, the breath is lengthened and
released. Doing two to five minutes daily is very beneficial.
Why it is important:
Through this, pure air enters the body. And the impure air escapes outside.
The lungs have become strong. It is also beneficial in stomach diseases.
People who have high blood pressure, back pain, and any heart disease should not
do it.
How to do Kapalbhati
In
order to do Kapalbhati Pranayama, breathing has to be taken inside the body at
normal speed. And it has to be taken out at a fast speed. In Kapalbhati, 60
times in one minute and 300 times in five minutes the breath should be exhaled.
Kapalbhati is done in the morning.
Why it is important:
When you breathe in and out, the glands inside the body are exercised. This
keeps digestive organs such as the stomach, liver, kidney, pancreas healthy. It is
very useful in obesity, constipation, diabetes, etc.
Anulom and Vilom:
Anulom
means straight and inverse. In this, through the right hole of the nose, deep
breaths are filled in. Then out of the left hole come out. Then fill the breath
from the left hole and exhale through the right hole.
Why it is important:
Anulom-Antonym Pranayama will give a good 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Good sleep
keeps blood pressure intact. Relieves stress It maintains energy in the body.
The internal parts of the body continue to fade. The practice of Yoginindra
daily for 20 to 25 minutes also strengthens the immunity system.
